Aerokinesis is the ability to control the air/wind, depending on where you are. Needless to say this ability is much easier to use outside than inside, although skilled enough people can use this very well inside. Natural Atmokinetics were born with this ability, but only on a basic level, e.g. they can't precisely control the air, although with practice in theory they could learn to. Since air is (usually) a rather tame element on low levels, it is probably one of the best Kinesis techniques to learn first, rather than something like pyrokinesis which is, while equal in difficulty, far more dangerous as you could burn someone or yourself. Personally I can only affect the air temperature when inside, but can control wind speed and force outside, although not direction.
