Geokinesis is the ability to move the earth or abosrb earth's ki and fuse it with our natural ki and make shield's, harden body part's, and control the earth

one method for training is to stand outside on the ground and imagine all the energy from within the earth being abosrbed from your feet and making it spread and flow throughout your body until you have fused your ki then you can try diefferent tech's like this

tech #1- Make a ki ball from the fused earth ki and imagine that the ball is a rock hard stone or a cement ball getting harder and compacted each second each second. Then when it's hard enough you could throw it at someone or you could spread the ball of earth ki throughoput your palm and to a palm strike to a enemy.

tech #2- Use all the earth ki that you have flowing throughout your body and imagining it hardening into a compacted piece of cement forming a shield around your body which lessen's the impact force of a punch or kick useful for blocking.

these are some of the techniques used for practicing Geokinesis
