Here is a technique I tried, and so far I think it works pretty good (maybe this is the best for the start)
Tech 1:
Get a clock and listen to the ticks, concentrate on the gaps between the ticks. Make them longer, hear them getting longer and longer.
After doing this for a few minutes you should see differences in the way people move and speeds of their talking. It will wear off after a few minutes, depends how developed you are.
To speed up time you cocentrate on the gaps between ticks getting shorter.
